Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of ambroxol oral liquid on children with bronchitis.Methods: 98 children with bronchitis diagnosed and treated in our hospital during the period from January 2019 to December 2021 were taken as the study objects.Under the method of random sampling, the children were divided into two groups with 49 cases.The children in the conventional group were treated with conventional methods, and the children in the study group were treated with conventional methods combined with ambroxol oral liquid.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results: The treatment efficiency and quality of life scores in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group (P＜0.05).The scores of adverse reactions, symptom disappearance time and respiratory symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group (P＜0.05).The blood gas analysis indexes in the study group were better than those in the routine group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Ambroxol oral liquid is used for the treatment of children with bronchitis, and the blood gas analysis index of children is optimized to improve the treatment effect of children.
