目的:探讨对膝关节术后采用红花化瘀汤熏洗治疗对促进患者康复以及改善疼痛、关节功能的作用.方法:选择2020年7月至2021年6月收治膝关节镜治疗者78例,以随机数表法分为常规康复治疗对照组(n=39)与常规康复治疗联合红花化瘀汤熏洗观察组(n=39),比较两组术后1d、14d膝关节肿胀情况与疼痛视觉模拟法(VisualAnalogueScale/Score,VAS)评分,并以美国特种外科医院(Hospital for Special Surgery,HSS)膝关节量表评估术前术后患者关节功能.结果:观察组
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of fumigation and washing with Honghua Huayu Decoction on postoperative recovery of patients and improvement of pain and joint function after knee joint surgery.Methods: A total of 78 patients with knee arthroscopy from July 2020 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the conventional rehabilitation treatment control group (n=39) and the conventional rehabilitation treatment combined with Honghua Huayu decoction fumigation and washing In the observation group (n=39), the knee joint swelling and pain scores were compared between the two groups at 1d and 14d after operation.The scale assesses the joint function of patients before and after surgery.Results: The joint swelling degree of the observation group was (1.02±0.43) cm, and the VAS score was (1.75±0.54) at 4 weeks after operation, which were all lower than those of the control group.The dimension scores were (16.28±2.91) points, (16.49±1.80) points, (13.77±1.62) points, (8.31±0.75) points, (7.89±0.63) points, (8.94±0.52) points, all higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion: Postoperative fumigation and washing with Honghua Huayu decoction for knee arthroscopy can improve the joint swelling and pain, and is beneficial to improve the function of the knee joint.
