Objective To explore the effect of individualized psychological nursing intervention in hemodialysis nursing and the improvement of patients'' negative emotions.Methods: From January 2020 to June 2022, the patients who received hemodialysis care in our hospital were randomly selected, and 78 cases were selected as the effective samples.According to the order of admission time, they were equally divided into two groups. The control group relied on routine nursing, while the observation group strengthened individualized psychological nursing intervention on this basis.To observe and compare the negative emotion, nursing effect, comfort and quality of life scores and satisfaction results of the two groups before and after nursing.Results: After nursing, the anxiety and depression of the two groups of patients were significantly improved compared with those before nursing. Compared with the control group, the two scores of the observation group were lower (P < 0.05).The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Compared with the control group, the scores of comfort and quality of life in the observation group were higher (P < 0.05).The total satisfaction evaluation results showed that the control group was not as high as the observation group (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Individualized psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing can positively promote the nursing effect of hemodialysis, effectively improve patients'' negative emotions, improve their comfort and quality of life, and at the same time, it is conducive to the construction of a harmonious nurse-patient relationship and the improvement of clinical nursing satisfaction, which can be actively popularized and applied.
