Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing intervention after elderly hip fracture.Methods 86 elderly patients underwent hip fracture surgery between December 2019 and June 2022,43 patients in each group, control group, and observation group combined with continuous care intervention.Results (P ＜0.05), the observation group was lower (P＞ 0.05), hip function, self-care, self-efficacy and control group were higher (P ＜0.05); the observation group had higher total compliance rate (P ＜0.05), and anxiety and depression self-score and control group were lower (P ＜0.05).Conclusion There are many risk factors after the elderly hip fracture surgery, with obvious advantages in conducting continuous nursing intervention, accelerate the recovery speed of hip joint function, improve the self-care ability, improve their negative emotions, and return to normal life more quickly.
