Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing in spinal fracture nursing. Methods A total of 64 patients with spinal fractures were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from May 2021-October 2022.They were divided into two groups according to the random singleblind method, 32 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received routine nursing care, while those in the observation group received rehabilitation nursing care. The daily living ability and motor function scores of the patients in the two groups were compared, together with the quality of life before and after nursing care, and the complications were statistically analyzed. Results Before nursing, the difference in daily living ability and motor function scores between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05), but after nursing, the daily living ability and motor function scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of QOL in each dimension between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05).However, after nursing, the scores of QOL in each dimension in the research group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion the effect of rehabilitation nursing on spinal fracture is significant.it can improve patients'' body condition and life quality with high safety.it is beneficial to patients and should be paid attention to.
