Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing on patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease. Methods: A total of 86 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease received in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study.The subjects were grouped by single blind grouping method.Among them, 43 cases in the control group were treated with routine nursing, while 43 cases in the study group were treated with evidence-based nursing.The nursing situation of the two groups of patients was observed and compared, including patients'' blood pressure, cardiac function, nursing satisfaction, treatment efficiency, clinical indicators and other aspects. Results:The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P<0.05; Compared with the control group, the treatment effective rate of the study group was significantly better, P<0.05.The blood pressure and cardiac function indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).The study group had higher scores on treatment compliance, health literacy, and shorter hospital stay (P<0.05) compared with the two groups.Conclusion: The application of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease can improve patients'' blood pressure and cardiac function indicators, can improve patients'' nursing satisfaction, and has clinical application value.
