Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on the quality of life of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:80 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from March 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the observation objects of this study, and were divided into control group and experimental group according to the order of inpatient number, with 40 patients in each group.The patients in the experimental group received early rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing; The specific nursing conditions of the two groups were compared.Results: The nursing efficiency of patients in the experimental group was higher (P; The scores of physical function, mental health and social function in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P; The total complication rate of the patients in the control group was 15.00％, and the total complication rate of the patients in the experimental group was 2.50％.Compared with the two groups, the complication rate of the patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05), with statistical significance.Conclusion: Early rehabilitation nursing for patients with acute cerebral infarction can achieve ideal results.The clinical symptoms of patients have not only been significantly improved, but also the negative emotions of patients have been adjusted, indicating that early rehabilitation care can play a positive role in the prognosis of patients, thus greatly improving the quality of life of patients and promoting the rehabilitation of patients.Therefore, early nursing has high reference and promotion value in clinical practice.
