Objective In order to in-depth study of heart failure and arrhythmia patients after targeted nursing intervention, patient care. Methods: A total of 98 patients with heart failure and arrhythmia who were admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into targeted nursing intervention group and routine nursing intervention group, with 49 patients in the research group and 49 patients in the reference group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After the dry expectation, the nursing effect of patients with heart failure and arrhythmia in the research group was significantly better than that in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).After intervention, the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVDD) in the study group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Besides, the SAS and SDS scores in the research group after intervention were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Clinical targeted nursing intervention for patients with heart failure and arrhythmia can effectively improve the nursing effect of patients, improve their cardiac function, and relieve psychological bad mood, so the scheme is worthy of promotion.
