摘要
目的:助产士温馨护理干预应用于产妇分娩过程中的效果观察.方法:对2021年2月至2022年6月期间前往我院分娩的产妇展开随机抽取,共定112例作为分析样本.按照住院床号单双数分为人数对等的两组,施以对照组56例常规护理干预、观察组56例行温馨护理干预.对比两组护理前后心理状态、满意度、分娩后2h、24h出血量以及第一至第三产程时间.结果:与护理前相比,两组心理状态均有明显改善,观察组对应焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P ＜ 0.05).观察组对护理服务的总满意度高于较对照组(P ＜ 0.05).相较对照组,观
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of midwife''s warm nursing intervention in the process of parturient delivery.Methods: From February 2021 to June 2022, 112 parturients who went to our hospital to give birth were randomly selected as analysis samples.According to the number of inpatient beds, they were divided into two groups with equal numbers, 56 cases in the control group were given routine nursing intervention and 56 cases in the observation group were given warm nursing intervention.The psychological state, satisfaction degree, blood loss at 2h and 24h after delivery and the time of the first to third stages of labor were compared between the two groups.Results: Compared with before and after nursing, the psychological state of the two groups were significantly improved, and the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group with nursing service was higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with the control group, the blood loss in the observation group was lower at 2h and 24h after delivery (P ＜ 0.05).The first to third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion: The implementation of warm nursing intervention by midwives can effectively improve the psychological state of parturient during delivery, actively cooperate with them, shorten the labor process and reduce the amount of blood loss.In addition, it also helps to build a harmonious nurse-patient relationship and improve maternal satisfaction, which is worth popularizing.
