Objective To analyze the application effect of health education during pregnancy in obstetrics and gynecology nursing.Methods: 84 cases of pregnant and lying in women received by our obstetrics and gynecology department were selected as the research object.All the selected cases were from April 2020 to April 2021.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.42 cases of the control group were treated with routine pregnancy care.42 cases of the study group were treated with pregnancy health education on the basis of the control group.The health knowledge scores, emotional scores, delivery methods, hospital stay and delivery time Nursing satisfaction.Results: The health knowledge score of pregnant women in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05); SAS (anxiety scale score) and SDS (depression scale score) in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05); The natural delivery rate of the study group (85.71％) was higher than that of the control group (52.38％), P＜0.05; The duration of labor and hospitalization in this group were shorter than those in the control group (P＜0.05); The satisfaction of nursing in this group (95.24％) was higher than that in the control group (76.19％) (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The application of pregnancy health education in obstetrics and gynecology nursing can help to improve their awareness of pregnancy health care knowledge, reduce their negative emotions, optimize the mode of delivery, shorten the duration of labor process and hospital stay.The application of this nursing model has been praised by many pregnant women, and the satisfaction of pregnant women with nursing has also been significantly improved.The effect is worthy of affirmation, and it is suitable for clinical application.
