Objective To study the treatment of early laryngeal cancer by minimally invasive resection and low-dose radiotherapy, and observe the effect. Methods: 25 cases of early laryngeal cancer were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (12 cases) received routine laryngectomy, and the observation group (13 cases) received minimally invasive resection combined with low-dose radiotherapy. Results: After treatment, the time of operation and hospitalization in the observation group was shorter, the mucosal recovery score was higher, the incidence of complications was lower, the voice function was significantly better in two weeks, and the quality of life of patients was significantly higher (P<0.05).Conclusion: The combination of minimally invasive resection and low-dose radiotherapy for early laryngeal cancer can shorten the operation and hospitalization time, accelerate the recovery of patients'' mucosa, reduce complications, optimize patients'' voice function, and improve patients'' quality of life.
