Objective To observe the effect and value of simple internal fixation and internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty in the treatment of spinal fracture. Methods: 98 cases of spinal fracture patients admitted from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research object, and were divided into routine group and observation group with 49 cases respectively according to the method of digital random table. The conventional group was treated with simple internal fixation, while the observation group was treated with internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty. The excellent and good rate and perioperative indexes of the two groups were observed; At the same time, the changes of trauma stress reaction, imaging parameters and neurological function before and 3 months after operation were compared between the two groups. Results: The excellent and good rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group (P<0.05); The perioperative indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the conventional group (P<0.05); The level of trauma stress index in the two groups was higher than that before 3 months after operation, but the level of trauma stress index in the observation group was lower than that in the conventional group (P<0.05); Three months after operation, the imaging parameters and neurological function of the two groups were significantly better than those before operation, and the above indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the conventional group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Compared with the simple internal fixation treatment, the effect of internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty for patients with spinal fracture is better. It can improve the perioperative indicators and imaging parameters of patients, shorten the hospital stay, and is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
