Objective To investigate the influence of dynamic electrocardiogram on the detection rate of paired atrial premature beats and short supraventricular tachycardia in the diagnosis of arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: 76 patients with arrhythmia of coronary heart disease in Yonggu from September 2021 to March 2022 in our hospital were taken as the basic research objects. They were divided into the conventional group (n=38) and the observation group (n=38) according to the method of digital random table. The conventional group was detected by conventional electrocardiogram, and the observation group was detected by dynamic electrocardiogram.Compare the effect and satisfaction of the two groups of detection methods. Results: The detection rate of arrhythmia of coronary heart disease in the observation group was 86.84% (33/38), which was significantly higher than that in the conventional group (52.63% (20/38), with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in single atrial premature beat, single ventricular premature beat and atrioventricular block (P>0.05); The detection rates of paired atrial premature beats, triad atrial premature beats, short supraventricular tachycardia, triad ventricular premature beats and paired ventricular premature beats in the observation group were higher than those in the conventional group (P<0.05).The patient satisfaction in the observation group was 94.73% (36/38), which was significantly higher than 78.94% (30/38) in the conventional group (P<0.05).Results: The effect of dynamic electrocardiogram diagnosis on patients with arrhythmia of coronary heart disease in Yonggu is practical. It can detect the patient''s ECG signal at any time and provide an effective basis for clinical treatment.
