Objective To discuss the value of early comprehensive rehabilitation in patients with acute stroke and severe dysphagia.Methods: From April 2021 to February 2022, acute stroke patients with severe dysphagia were selected.76 cases.Randomized number table grouping.All patients received routine drug intervention.Reference group: 38 cases were treated with routine rehabilitation.Test group: 38 cases, early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment plan.Test the rehabilitation effect of each group.Results: After treatment, the treatment effect, dysphagia classification, Watian drinking water test results, NIHSS score, sEMG value, SWAL-QOL score of the test group were better than those of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment program is beneficial to improve the degree of dysphagia in patients with acute stroke, reduce their neurological injury, and improve their treatment effect and quality of life.
