摘要
目的:探讨3D打印髋臼导板在全髋关节翻修中的应用疗效.方法:在2020年9月至2021年9月中,回顾性分析我院收治10例髋关节翻修患者,使用3D打印髋臼导板辅助手术,搜集手术时间,切口长度,术前术后前倾角、外展角及髋关节功能等.结果:3D打印导板辅助髋关节翻修手术时间(126.40±17.79)min,切口长度(14.10±2.18)cm;术后外展角(45.40±1.07)°,前倾角(15.40±0.84)°与初次置换外展角(38.30±4.37)°有统计学差异性,前倾角(9.70±3.16)°比较更符合
Abstract
Objective To explore the application of 3D printed acetabular guide plate in revision of total hip joint.Methods From September 2020 to September 2021, we will retrospectively analyze 10 hip joint revision patients treated in our hospital, use 3D printing acetabular guide plate to assist surgery, collect the operation time, incision length, preoperative and postoperative anteversion angle, abduction angle, hip joint function, etc.Results 3D printing osteotomy guide assisted hip joint revision surgery lasted (126.40±17.79) min, and the incision length was (14.10±2.18)cm ; Postoperative abduction angle (45.40±1.07) °, anteversion angle (15.40±0.84) ° and initial replacement abduction angle (38.30±4.37).Conclusion Compared with traditional surgery, 3D printing assisted revision hip surgery has shorter operation time, shorter incision, better prosthesis position, more efficient and accurate application effect, and better prognosis
