摘要
目的:分析项目管理用于住院患者压力性损伤预防护理中的作用.方法:选取2022年1月至2022年4月,我院护理部收治的需要给予压力性损伤预防护理的住院患者199例设置为对照组.2022年5月至2022年11月收治的需要给予压力性损伤预防护理的住院患者252例设置为实验组.对照组实施常规护理,将对照组的调查资料进行总结分析,并制定项目管理计划,实验组在对照组的基础上增加使用项目管理,比较两组患者的护理满意度、预防措施落实情况、心理状态以及生活质量.结果:实验组护理满意度高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)
Abstract
Objective To analyze the role of project management in inpatient stress injury prevention care.Methods: 199 hospitalized patients from January 2022 to April 2022 were selected as the control group.A total of 252 hospitalized patients admitted requiring stress injury prevention care between May 2022 and November 2022 were set as an experimental group.The control group implemented routine nursing, summarized and analyzed the survey data of the control group, and formulated the project management plan.The experimental group increased the use of project management on the basis of the control group, and compared the nursing satisfaction, the implementation of preventive measures, the psychological state and the quality of life of the patients in the two groups.Results: The nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group (P <0.05); the preventive measures implementation rate was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05); the SAS score and SDS score were lower than the control group (P<0.05); the SF-36 score was higher than the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05).Conclusion: The effect of project management is significant in inpatient stress injury prevention and nursing, which can significantly reduce the incidence of stress injury, improve nursing satisfaction, and maintain a good psychological state of patients, raise the quality of life, and have clinical application value.
