Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Fuyanxiao capsule combined with tinidazole in the treatment of ovarian cysts.Methods: Eighty patients with ovarian cyst treated in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.Forty patients in the control group were treated with tinidazole, and 40 patients in the study group were treated with Fuyanxiao capsule combined with tinidazole.The sum of serum antimillerator hormone, inflammatory factors after treatment, ovarian hemodynamics and the three paths of the cyst were analyzed.Results: The levels of FSH, estrogen and serum MIS in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P; TNF after treatment in the study group- α、 IL-6 was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05); After treatment, the resistance index, peak systolic velocity and pulsatility index of the patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The sum of the three diameters of ovarian cysts in the study group was significantly smaller than that in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: The combination of Fuyanxiao capsule and tinidazole can improve the hormone level and ovarian hemodynamics in patients with ovarian cysts, and can reduce the size of ovarian cysts.
