Objective To explore the clinical effect of aerosol inhalation of pulmicort and terbutaline in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia and its impact on hospital stay.Methods From January 2021 to August 2022, a total of 60 children with bronchopneumonia were selected, 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the observation group.The control group was given routine comprehensive treatment, and the observation group was given pulmicort combined with terbutaline aerosol inhalation.The treatment effect, time of symptom disappearance, hospital stay and improvement of lung function were compared.Results ① The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); ② The disappearance time and hospitalization time of wet rale, double lung wheeze, shortness of breath, cough and other symptoms in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Pulmicort combined with terbutaline aerosol inhalation can achieve prominent effect in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia and shorten the hospitalization time of children.
