Objective To analyze the effect of massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture intervention on the TCM syndrome score of children with diarrhea.Methods: A total of 60 children with diarrhea admitted to the People''s Hospital of Dongying District of Dongying from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into a study group and a control group according to the digital table method, with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Chinese medicine, and the study group was treated with Chinese massage combined with Chinese acupuncture.The clinical efficacy, TCM symptom score, immune index and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results: The levels of immunoglobin M, immunoglobin A and immunoglobin G in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The effective rate of clinical treatment was 93.34％, significantly higher than 73.33％ in the control group (P<0.05), and the incidence of adverse reactions was 13.33％.Compared with 20％ of control group, there was no significant difference (P > 0.05).Conclusion: Massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture intervention for children with diarrhea can improve the TCM symptom score as soon as possible and improve the clinical effect.
