Objective To analyze the application effect of foot bath with traditional Chinese medicine in postpartum rehabilitation, and provide support for medical staff to make nursing plans.Methods 100 parturients were selected in our hospital.All the parturients were admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022.Analyze the basic data of parturients to ensure the comparability between parturients, so as not to affect the reference value of the research results.By drawing lots, the parturients were divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group, each group including 50 parturients.Take the group as the reference, and adopt different nursing methods for the two groups.The control group received traditional nursing intervention, while the observation group received Chinese medicine foot bath.After completing the nursing work, the data of the two groups of parturients were counted and analyzed, so as to clarify the nursing effect.Results Postpartum lactation and anal exhaust time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group.The quality of life of the observation group is higher than that of the control group.The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group; The height of uterine fundus and lochia in observation group were better than those in control group.The sleep quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion The application effect of foot bath with traditional Chinese medicine is good, which can improve postpartum lactation status of parturient, reduce anal exhaust time of parturient, and help to improve delivery.
