Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation nursing concept with Chinese characteristics on patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods: 94 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc received in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were randomly selected as the subjects of this study, and the subjects were divided into groups by random number table method.Among them, 47 patients in the reference group received routine nursing, and 47 patients in the observation group received rehabilitation nursing with Chinese characteristics.Study and compare the nursing situation of both patients.Results: The scores of adverse emotions in the observation group were lower; Lumbar function score is higher, dysfunction score is lower; The time of clinical indexes was shorter; The postoperative pain score was lower; Higher quality of life scores; The nursing results of the two groups were compared, P<0.001.Conclusion: The rehabilitation nursing concept with Chinese characteristics is applied to the nursing of patients with lumbar disc herniation to improve their quality of life.
