Objective To evaluate the significance of operation room nursing in patients with placenta previa during cesarean section. Methods: pregnant women with placenta previa, from 2021.05 to 2022.10, were selected as the subjects of this study. Eighty-eight pregnant women were enrolled and divided into two groups by drawing lots: the control group and the test group, all 44 cases. The intervention results were measured. Results: After Nursing, the test group was lower than the control group in the incidence of complications, psychological status, satisfaction, clinical indicators, neonatal status, etc. . Conclusion: during the period of caesarean operation for pregnant women with placenta previa, the nursing in operating room can improve the satisfaction of pregnant women, reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and improve the condition of newborn. At the same time, this kind of program also has the vital significance in alleviating the pregnant woman''s bad mood aspect, may reduce its postpartum complication occurrence risk.
