目的:通过分析近两年机采血小板自愿献血人群结构情况,基于本地区加强招募策略的制定,以此来给予供血安全有力的保证.方法:对自愿捐献机采血小板3000人次进行人群结构分析.结果:基于机采血小板献血人群的性别和年龄结构特征结果,机采血小板献血者中男女比例差异性较大,男性、女性的比例分别为62.63％、37.37％.在年龄结构中,26～45岁年龄段的捐献者比例明显更高;在文化程度分布方面,本科以上、大专、中专、高中以及初中在2019年的占比分别为5.45％、11.82％、12.73％、31.82％、27.27％,
Abstract
By analyzing the population structure of voluntary blood donation by machine-collected platelets in recent two years, we should strengthen the formulation of recruitment strategy based on the local area, so as to ensure the safety of blood supply.Methods: The population structure of 3000 people who voluntarily donated platelets collected by machine was analyzed.Results: Based on the characteristics of gender and age structure of blood donors, there was a great difference in the proportion of male and female blood donors, with the proportions of male and female being 62.63％ and 37.37％ respectively.In the age structure, the proportion of donors in the 26-45 age group is significantly higher; In terms of the distribution of educational level, the proportions of bachelor degree or above, junior college, technical secondary school, high school and junior high school in 2019 were 5.45％, 11.82％, 12.73％, 31.82％ and 27.27％ respectively, and in 2020 they were 5.89％, 14.44％, 12.22％ and 34.55 respectively.All in all, the proportion of high school and junior high school is relatively high.Conclusion: Men are the majority of blood donors who collect platelets by machine.Education is mainly in high school and junior high school; In terms of age distribution, the lowest is 26 years old and the highest is 45 years old; In terms of occupation, others dominate, while staff and workers play a supporting role.For female blood donors and highly educated people, we should strengthen targeted publicity methods and strengthen the formulation of different recruitment strategies from different groups of people.
