Objective To explore and analyze the effect of phased rehabilitation nursing intervention on promoting the rehabilitation of patients with craniocerebral trauma. Methods: Select 100 patients with brain trauma admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022, follow the randomization method, 50 patients in the control group for routine rehabilitation care, 50 patients in the study group give periodic rehabilitation intervention, analyze and compare the nerve deficit function (NIHSS score) before and after intervention, upper and lower limb motor function (Fugl-Meyer score), quality of life (SF-36 scale) and complications. Results: There was no difference in NIHSS scores before the intervention groups (P< 0.05); the study group had lower NIHSS scores after 1 week, 2 weeks and 4 weeks than the control group (P <0.05).There was no difference in Fugl-Meyer scores before the intervention groups (P< 0.05); the study group had higher Fugl-Meyer scores in upper and lower limbs than the control group (P <0.05).The SF- 36 scale was higher in the study group than in the control group (P <0.05).The complication rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion: Stage rehabilitation nursing intervention can significantly promote the rehabilitation of craniocerebral trauma patients, reduce neurological damage, improve limb motor function and self-care ability in daily life, and reduce complications, so as to facilitate the improvement of the quality of life of patients, which is worth promoting.
