Objective To observe and analyze the clinical application effect of orthopaedic sports medicine and arthroscopic minimally invasive technology in the treatment of knee joint bone trauma patients. Methods: We selected 60 patients with knee joint bone trauma admitted by our hospital from October 2017 to October 2021 as the research object, and carried out a retrospective analysis. The patients were divided into a reference group and a research group (30 cases each) according to the random number table method. The former was treated with arthroscopic minimally invasive technology, while the latter was treated with orthopedic sports medicine and arthroscopic minimally invasive technology. The disease treatment effect and joint function improvement of the above two groups were observed and compared. Results: The total effective rate of the study group (93.33%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (73.33%), and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=4.320, P<0.05).The healing time and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the reference group (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group (6.67%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (26.67%) (χ2=4.320, P<0.05).Compared with before treatment, Lysholm and Tegner scores of the two groups were significantly increased after treatment, and the difference was significant (P<0.05).Lysholm and Tegner scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Orthopedic sports medicine and arthroscopic minimally invasive technology are used to treat patients with knee joint bone trauma. The effect is very good, and can significantly improve the knee joint function of patients, with clinical promotion value.
