摘要
目的:分析健康教育护理对急性小儿肠炎自我保健能力的影响.方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月在我院治疗急性肠炎的患儿80例,根据入院先后顺序分为实验组与对比组,对比组给予常规护理,实验组给予健康教育护理.对比两组患儿治愈时间、依从性、症状改善时间、住院时间、家属掌握知识程度、家属护理满意度和患儿并发症情况.结果:实验组患儿治愈时间、症状改善时间和住院时间明显比对比组短,患儿依从性评分、家属掌握知识评分、护理满意度明显比对比组高,患儿并发症发生率明显比对比组低,P<0.05,组间比较有统计学差异.结论
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of health education and nursing on the ability of self-care of acute infantilitis.Methods: A total of 80 children treated with acute enteritis in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into experimental group and comparison group according to the order of admission.The comparison group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given health education nursing.The cure time, compliance, symptom improvement time, hospital stay time, family members'' knowledge level, family members'' nursing satisfaction and complications of the children were compared between the two groups.Results: The experimental group of children cure time, symptom improvement time and hospital stay was significantly shorter than the comparison group, children compliance score, family members grasp the knowledge score, nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the comparison group, the incidence of complications in children was significantly lower than the comparison group, P<0.05, there were statistical differences between the groups.Conclusion: The application of health education and nursing in acute infantil enteritis has a good effect on the improvement of self-care ability, which is worth promoting and applying.
