Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing mode on patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure. Methods: 92 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure in Zibo Central Hospital from 2020.01 to 2021.06 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into the reference group (46 cases) and received routine nursing care; 46 cases in the study group were treated with early rehabilitation nursing, and the changes of cardiac function and quality of life were observed before (at admission) and after (after 3 months of nursing follow-up).Results: Before nursing, there was no significant difference in cardiac function between the two groups (P<0.05); After nursing, the left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD) in the study group was higher than that before nursing, and higher than that in the reference group at the same period, with statistical difference (P<0.05).After nursing, the LVEDD and left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD) in the study group were lower than that before nursing, and lower than that in the reference group at the same period, with statistical difference (P<0.05); Before nursing, there was no significant difference in SF-36 scores between the two groups (P<0.05); After nursing, the SF-36 score in the study group was higher than that before nursing, and higher than that in the reference group at the same period, with a statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion: The early rehabilitation nursing model can improve the heart function and quality of life of patients, and has a significant effect in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.
