Objective To explore the glycemic control of gestational diabetes mellitus patients and its influence on pregnancy outcome after routine treatment combined with individualized nutrition treatment.Methods: Fifty-six patients with gestational diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital were randomly selected to be included in this study.The start time and end time of the samples were May 2019 and May 2022, respectively.The 56 patients were randomly numbered, and the even-numbered patients were included in the reference group and the odd-numbered patients were included in the experimental group.Conventional treatment intervention group and conventional treatment combined with individualized nutrition treatment intervention experimental group.The metabolic indexes, blood glucose, pregnancy outcomes and adverse neonatal outcomes were compared between the control group and the experimental group.Results: After the two groups received different treatment methods, compared with the experimental group, the metabolic indexes and blood glucose control in the reference group were worse, and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and neonatal outcomes in the reference group were higher, P<0.05.Conclusion: Conventional treatment combined with individualized nutrition therapy for gestational diabetes can improve the metabolic condition of patients, effectively regulate the blood glucose level of patients, reduce adverse outcomes of pregnancy and neonates, and effectively guarantee the quality of life of patients and neonates.
