Objective To discuss the clinical effect of combining hemifu zhiyu tang with acupuncture in the treatment of hemiplegia in ischemic stroke.METHODS: One hundred and twenty patients with ischemic stroke hemiparesis treated from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into two groups, in which the experimental group was treated with Hemifu Bangyu Tang combined with acupuncture and in which the control group was treated with conventional treatment as well as rehabilitation training.RESULTS: The treatment effects, mean blood flow velocity of ACA,MCA,PCA, FMA,SS-QOL scores, incidence of adverse effects, TCM symptom scores, and BI scores were compared between the two groups (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: The use of Xuefu Bangyu Tang combined with acupuncture in patients with ischemic stroke hemiplegia can reduce adverse effects, improve clinical treatment, and enhance the therapeutic effect.
