Objective To explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treating gynecological chronic pelvic pain and its influence on the quality of life of patients.Methods: From March 2020 to March 2021, 80 patients with chronic pelvic pain admitted to the department of gynecology in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and randomized according to the principle of random numbers, namely the control group and the study group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment, and the study group was given TCM syndrome differentiation treatment based on western medicine treatment.After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared in terms of treatment effectiveness and quality of life scores.Results: The effective rate of treatment was 97.5% in the study group and 72.5% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).In terms of quality of life, the study group scored (92.4±8.3) points after treatment, and the control group only had (80.5±7.7) points after treatment.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant, P<0.05.Conclusion: The etiology of chronic pelvic pain is more complicated.Treating patients with TCM syndrome differentiation on the basis of Western medicine can effectively improve their symptoms and improve their quality of life.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
