Objective To explore the application value of evidence-based nursing in the use of invasive ventilator.Methods: 74 patients were randomly selected from the patients who were treated with invasive ventilator in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2022, and were divided into the control group and the study group by drawing lots.They were given basic nursing and evidence-based nursing respectively, and their quality of life, complications, nursing satisfaction, treatment effect and lung function were compared.Results: The quality of life and lung function in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction rate and treatment effectiveness rate were higher, with fewer complications.Conclusion: The application of evidence-based nursing measures in the nursing of patients who use invasive ventilators has a significant effect.It can effectively improve the lung function of patients, prevent complications, improve the psychological status and treatment effect of patients, and make them more satisfied with nursing.
