Objective To evaluate the application value of predictive nursing combined with rapid rehabilitation in the prevention of stress injury during gastrointestinal surgery.Methods: 70 cases of patients who underwent gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 35 cases each by the method of numerical random table.The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received predictive nursing combined with rapid rehabilitation intervention.Perioperative indexes, probability of stress injury, healing rate of surgical incision and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results: There was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups (P<0.05).The first exhaust time, first defecation time and hospital stay time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).The probability of stress injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the healing rate of surgical incision and nursing satisfaction were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of predictive nursing combined with rapid rehabilitation concept in gastrointestinal surgery has significant effects, which can effectively reduce the incidence of stress injury in patients, shorten the course of rehabilitation, and has a positive effect on the prognosis.
