Objective To study the effect of foresight nursing for patients with coronary heart disease.Methods: From May 2021 to May 2022,76 patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to different nursing intervention methods, and then the nursing effect was analyzed.Results: 37 (97.37％) was significantly higher than the control group 32 (82.21％) (P <0.05); all indicators in the experimental group were significantly improved, and relevant indexes were significantly better than the control group (P <0.05); after nursing, the psychological status and quality of life of the experimental group were better than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion: Coronary heart disease and angina pectoris is a common chronic disease in China, with a high probability of disease.The occurrence of this disease will cause patients with myocardial infarction, vascular blockage and other symptoms, endangering the life and health of patients.The use of predictive nursing to provide nursing to patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris can significantly improve the clinical indicators, psychological state, quality of life, reduce the frequency of angina pectoris, improve nursing satisfaction, which is worth using.
