Objective To analyze and study the effect of comprehensive nursing measures on sleep and quality of life of patients with psoriasis. Methods: 86 patients with psoriasis who were treated in our hospital from January 2021 to November 2022 were randomly selected and divided into control group and study group by dichromatic method.Routine nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention were used respectively to compare the psychological status, nursing satisfaction, quality of life and sleep quality of the two groups.Results: The scores of nursing satisfaction rate, quality of life and sleep quality in the study group were higher than those in the control group, while the scores of anxiety and depression were lower.Conclusion: The application of comprehensive nursing in the care of patients with psoriasis can achieve significant results.The scores of patients'' psychological state, life and sleep quality have been significantly improved, making patients more satisfied with nursing services.
