Objective To analyze the application value of pain nursing intervention in the care of herpes zoster patients with sequelae of neuralgia. Methods: 78 patients with herpes zoster with sequelae of neuralgia who were treated in our hospital from December 2020 to August 2022 were randomly divided into control group and study group by digital table method.Basic nursing and pain nursing were applied respectively, and the degree of disease knowledge, pain, sleep and life quality and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results: The quality of life and sleep, nursing satisfaction and health knowledge of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group, while the degree of pain was lower.Conclusion: Pain nursing can effectively alleviate the neuralgia of herpes zoster patients, improve their sleep and quality of life, make them master more health knowledge, and be more satisfied with nursing services.
