Objective To explore the application and value of perioperative comprehensive nursing in gynecological surgery for patients with diabetes. Methods: 76 patients with diabetes who needed gynecological surgery were selected from our hospital from January 2020 to June 2022. The patients were divided equally into the control group and the research group by the double color ball method.Routine nursing and perioperative comprehensive nursing were performed respectively. The postoperative recovery indicators, postoperative pain and adverse reactions of the patients in the two groups were compared. Results: The recovery of all indexes in the study group was earlier than that in the control group, and the 24-hour sleep time was longer than that in the control group (t=8.015, P<0.001; t=9.606, P<0.001; t=14.454, P<0.001; t=7.847, P<0.001; t=8.075, P<0.001); The pain scores of the patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group 3 and 5 days after operation (t=5.450, P<0.001; t=5.775, P<0.001); The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the study group (χ2=4.547, P=0.033). Conclusion: Perioperative comprehensive nursing can effectively accelerate the rehabilitation efficiency of gynecological patients with diabetes, shorten the recovery time of patients after surgery, reduce pain, and prevent adverse reactions.
