摘要

目的:分析心内科护理带教中流程清单教学方式的效果以及对满意度影响.方法:抽取2019年12月-2022年2月心内科护理带教的护生60名为对象,随机单盲法分组,30名对照组常规模式带教,30名观察组为流程清单教学方式.结果:观察组教学效果分数相比对照组更高,观察组的带教满意度和对照组比较更高,观察组工作能力分数较对照组更高,观察组考核分数较对照组更高,均存在统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:流程清单教学方式的应用在心内科护理带教中发挥明显的优势,护生能掌握更为全面的知识点,带教的满意度也在提升.

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of process list and teaching method on satisfaction.Methods Sixty nursing students and 60 nursing students from the Department of Cardiology from December 2019 to February 2022 were selected into random single-blind groups, 30 control groups were taught in the routine mode, and 30 observation groups were taught in the process list.Results observation group teaching effect score is higher than the control group, observation group with teaching satisfaction and control group is higher, observation group work ability score is higher than the control group, observation group assessment score is higher than the control group, have statistical significance (P <0.05).Conclusion The application of process list teaching method gives full play to obvious advantages in nursing teaching in cardiology department.Nursing students can master more comprehensive knowledge points, and their satisfaction with teaching is also improving.
