Objective To analyze the application effect of blood perfusion combined with standardized gastric lavage on emergency patients who took organophosphorus pesticides by mistake.Methods: The emergency patients who mistakenly took organophosphorus pesticides in our hospital during the period from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects.The total number of patients was 68.The patients were divided into two groups with 34 patients under the random sampling method.The patients in the conventional group used the standard gastric lavage protocol, and the patients in the study group used the standard gastric lavage protocol combined with hemoperfusion.Results: Compared with the two groups, the blood routine indexes of the study group were lower; The time of clinical indicators was less; Cardiac function indexes were lower; P<0.001 Conclusion: The combination of hemoperfusion and standardized gastric lavage is of high clinical value for emergency patients who mistakenly take organic phosphorus.
