Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing+pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise on postpartum recovery in painless delivery women. Methods Eighty-four patients with painless delivery admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected. All patients were divided into control group (42 cases) and observation group (42 cases) based on random number table. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given predictive nursing combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise, and continued nursing until maternal discharge. The postpartum recovery, sleep quality, complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The data of first urination, lochia disappearance, ambulation and uterine involution time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.76%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group (92.86%) was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing+pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise can effectively improve the sleep quality of painless parturients, reduce complications, promote postpartum recovery, and improve nursing satisfaction.
