Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopic and retroperitoneal adrenalectomy for adrenal tumors. Methods: A total of 74 patients with adrenal tumors who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital during the period from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into two groups with 37 patients by random sampling method. The study group used retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery, and the treatment effect, bicarbonate level and operation condition of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in heart rate and mean arterial pressure (P<0.05).Compared with the conventional group, the study group had less postoperative drainage flow, hospital stay, and time for intestinal function recovery.P<0.05 Conclusion: The use of laparoscopy, partial pressure of oxidation, and electrolyte level for patients with adrenal tumors had similar effects. The clinical can select the surgical method reasonably according to the actual conditions of patients.
