Objective To explore the value of blood coagulation and blood lipid test in patients with diabetes.Methods: 46 diabetes patients treated in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were set as the observation group, and 46 healthy people were set as the control group.The blood lipid and coagulation function of the two groups were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer and blood analyzer respectively.Results: The concentrations of TC, TG, LDL-C, HCT, fibrinogen and D-D dimer in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while the levels of HDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: diabetes patients have significant hyperlipidemia, blood hypercoagulability and prethrombotic state, and clinical intervention measures should be taken in time to control the condition.
