Abstract
In 2017, the State included the provision of free contraceptives as one of the basic public health services.This service aims to minimize or avoid the occurrence of accidental pregnancy by providing everyone with safe, effective and appropriate contraceptives free of charge, thereby fundamentally eliminating all unfavorable factors for women and effectively ensuring the reproductive health of women of childbearing age.And the implementation of this work needs all levels of maternal and child health care and family planning service center to focus on complete.Therefore, the issue of contraceptive distribution is analyzed and explored, and in-depth discussion is conducted, so as to make scientific and reasonable optimization measures.With better service and work efficiency, the policy can be put into place, so as to provide basic needs for women of childbearing age and enable the masses without reproductive needs to obtain contraceptives in time.At the same time, all kinds of contraceptives should be publicized so that women can choose their own contraceptives according to their actual needs.We should pay attention to the effectiveness of the distribution of contraceptives, especially for young groups.In order to fully improve the distribution efficiency and save contraceptives to the greatest extent, we should appropriately innovate the distribution mode and reasonably use information technology to obtain contraceptives intelligently.This not only avoids the embarrassing situation of the broad masses, but also greatly reduces the manpower, material resources and financial resources.In order to effectively avoid the phenomenon of waste caused by residents taking more, the system can be set, and the abuse of contraceptives can be effectively prevented by reasonably setting the interval time.On account of this, this paper mainly expounds the progress of the distribution of contraceptives and analyzes the problems, and puts forward the feasible optimization strategy, aiming at improving the quality and increasing the efficiency of the county maternal and child health care and family planning service center.
