Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of flexible management in improving nursing management, and analyze its clinical application value.Methods: 100 patients and 10 nursing staff in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected.The patients and nurses were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table.They were named as the experimental group and the control group.50 patients and 5 nurses in the experimental group chose the flexible management mode for management, while 50 patients and 5 nurses in the control group chose the conventional management.The effect of patient management in the two groups was compared, as well as the patient''s satisfaction with management, as well as the nurses'' satisfaction with their own work and the nursing professional technology score.Results: In terms of patients, 98.00% of patients in the experimental group and 80.00% of patients in the control group were satisfied with nursing care.There were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).Analyzing the nursing effect, the nursing effect of patients in the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).From the perspective of nursing staff, the nursing professional score of patients in the experimental group was 86.32 ± 10.11 points, and that of patients in the control group was 70.62 ± 5.62 points.There was significant difference between the groups (P<0.05).The satisfaction of nurses in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and there was significant difference between the groups (P<0.05).Conclusion: Flexible management can improve the effect of nursing management.The basic theory of flexible management can improve nursing management, comprehensively enhance the professional ability of nursing staff, help enhance patients'' clinical nursing satisfaction rate, and has clinical promotion value.
