Objective To analyze the effect of continuous quality improvement on the compliance of hand hygiene among nursing staff.Methods: During the period from February 2021 to May 2022, a total of 60 nursing staff in our hospital were selected as the study subjects, and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 30 in each group.The control group implemented routine education, and the observation group implemented continuous quality improvement, hospital infection rate and satisfaction as the observation indicators.Results: ①The compliance of hand hygiene in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); ②The management quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with significant difference (P.Conclusion: The application of continuous quality improvement in nursing staff has a prominent effect, and it is recommended to be widely used in clinical practice.
