Heart failure is a common cardiovascular disease, prone to recurrent conditions, and in serious cases may threaten the patient''s life. The incidence of heart failure disease is constantly increasing, which has become a serious public health problem.The causes of the disease are more complex, and the treatment of patients with heart failure is also relatively difficult.The nursing of patients in the later stage of discharge is also particularly important.In this paper, the nursing of patients with refractory heart failure is analyzed, and the implementation of continuous nursing measures and effects of patients after discharge are analyzed, hoping to promote the improvement of clinical nursing work.
