Objective To analyze the role of D-dimer and coagulation index detection in diagnosis of stroke patients. Methods: A total of 88 patients with stroke who were treated in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2021 were selected as the study subjects, including 44 patients with cerebral infarction and 44 patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Another 44 healthy patients in the same period were selected as the routine group, and the blood coagulation index level and D-dimer level of the three groups were compared. Results: In terms of fibrinogen, platelet aggregation, plasma fibrinogen and D-dimer, the cerebral infarction group and cerebral hemorrhage group were compared with the conventional group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The detection of D-dimer index can effectively diagnose the disease of stroke patients, and the detection of coagulation index can assist in the diagnosis of stroke.
