Objective To analyze the effect of fine management on the prevention of body temperature in patients undergoing surgery.Methods: 100 surgical patients in our hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected and divided into reference group and research group according to different management methods, with 50 cases in each group.They were given conventional management and refined management respectively, and the management situation of the two groups was compared.Results: The body temperature of the study group was higher than that of the control group at 0.5h after anesthesia and at the end of operation, the difference was significant (P<0.05).The surgical index of the study group was better than that of the reference group, the incidence of hypothermia and complications was lower than that of the reference group, and the satisfaction was higher than that of the reference group, the difference was P<0.05.Conclusion: Fine management can improve hypothermia during operation, shorten operation time and improve patient satisfaction.
