摘要

目的:针对性分析优质护理服务对于提升病毒性肝炎患者临床干预效果.方法:选取60例于2018年3月～2020年6月就诊的病毒性肝炎患者为本次研究的对象,将所有患者按照双盲法进行分组,分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30).对比护理效果.结果:干预后,较对照组,观察组各项认知评分较高、遵医嘱行为得分较高,不良情绪评分较低,患者满意度较高(P ＜ 0.05).结论:病毒性肝炎临床护理中,推行优质护理服务,可缓解患者负性情绪并强化其认知能力,增强其依从性,效果得到患者好评,值得借鉴.

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing service on improving the clinical intervention of patients with viral hepatitis. Methods: 60 patients with viral hepatitis from March 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study, and all patients were divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30) according to the double-blind method.Contrast the nursing effect.Results: After the intervention, compared with the control group, the observation group had higher cognitive scores, higher scores of doctor''s advice behavior, lower scores of bad emotions and higher patient satisfaction (P＜0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical nursing of viral hepatitis, the implementation of high-quality nursing service can alleviate patients'' negative emotions, strengthen their cognitive ability and enhance their compliance.The effect has been well received by patients and is worth learning.
