Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing intervention on patients with bronchial asthma.Methods: 74 patients with bronchial asthma were selected from the patients admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to January 2021, and were divided into 37 cases/group according to the double blind method.The control group was given traditional nursing intervention, while the observation group was given clinical nursing intervention.The asthma attack frequency, emotion score, disease knowledge mastery, satisfaction, asthma control rate and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results: The number of asthma attacks in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).There was no difference between the observation group and the control group in terms of emotional score and quality of life score before intervention (P>0.05).The emotional score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after intervention, and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); The mastery of disease knowledge, satisfaction and asthma control rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of clinical nursing intervention in the nursing service of bronchial asthma disease can reduce anxiety symptoms, improve the control rate of asthma, significantly reduce the incidence of asthma, improve the quality of life of patients, and promote the prognosis of patients.
