Objective To investigate the effect of hypothermia nursing in laparoscopic rectal cancer. Methods: 108 patients undergoing laparoscopic rectal cancer were divided into intervention group (routine operating room nursing intervention) and routine group (routine operating room nursing according to different nursing methods). The relevant surgical indicators, nasopharyngeal temperature, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups of laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery patients after nursing. Results: The nasopharyngeal temperature in the intervention group and after the operation was higher than the conventional group (P<0.05): the operation time, hospital time and intestinal recovery time of the patients in the intervention group were significantly shorter and higher than the conventional group (p<0.05); the incidence of intraoperative chills was significantly lower (P<0.05).Conclusion: Operating room hypothermia nursing for laparoscopic rectal cancer can prevent hypothermia and intraoperative chills, accelerate the postoperative recovery and have high application value.
